Exchange, Return, and Cancellation Policy
For ESCOT Electric Scooters
First: Exchange Policy
The customer has the right to request a product exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt.
Conditions for accepting an exchange:
• The scooter must be unused.
• It must be in its original condition without being started or tested.
• It must include all original accessories and packaging.
• Exchanges are subject to the availability of the replacement product.
The customer shall bear:
• Shipping fees (both ways).
• Payment gateway fees.
• Any processing or re-inspection fees, if applicable.
Exchanges do not cover:
• Products that have been used or operated.
• Products that have been opened or installed.
• Faults resulting from misuse.
Second: Return Policy (Refunds)
The customer has the right to request a product return within 7 days from the date of receipt.
Conditions for accepting a return:
• The product must be completely unused.
• It must be in its original condition.
• It must include all original accessories and packaging.
• Note: If the box has been opened, a 30% restocking fee of the product value will be deducted upon approval of the refund.
• After receiving and inspecting the product, the return will be approved or rejected based on its condition.
The customer shall bear:
• Shipping fees.
• Payment gateway fees.
• Processing and inspection fees, if applicable.
⏱️ Refund processing may take up to 14 business days, depending on bank policies and payment methods.
Returns do not cover:
• Electrical products after use or operation.
• Faults resulting from misuse or incorrect installation.
• Any product not returned in its original condition.
Third: Cancellation Policy
• The customer can only cancel the order before it has been shipped.
• If the order has been processed or shipping has commenced:
• Cancellation is not possible, and the Return Policy path (as stated above) will apply.
• If canceled before shipping:
• Payment gateway or processing fees may be deducted, if applicable.
• The refund will be processed within a period of up to 14 business days.
Fourth: General Terms (In accordance with the Ministry of Commerce)
• Electric scooters are classified as Electrical Products.
• After use or operation, they are not subject to return or exchange. They will only be handled through technical inspection and warranty, if applicable.
• The technical inspection report is the primary reference for determining the product's condition.
• The store is not responsible for any faults resulting from:
• Misuse.
• Overloading.
• Accidents or impacts.
• Water entry or tampering with the product.
Fifth: Important Notes
• This policy is compliant with the regulations of the Saudi Ministry of Commerce.
• ESCOT reserves the right to update this policy without prior notice.
• In the event of any conflict, the Ministry of Commerce regulations shall prevail.
