The Golden Warranty is an optional technical support service and does not constitute an additional legal obligation beyond the regulations of the Saudi Ministry of Commerce.

1️⃣ Return Policy

  • Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Returns are accepted only if the product:
    • Is unused
    • In its original condition
    • Includes all accessories and original packaging
    • Is accompanied by the original invoice

❌ Returns are not accepted for:

  • Used products
  • Products that have been powered on or tested
  • Damage caused by misuse or incorrect installation
  • Electrical products after operation
Once the product is used, it is handled strictly under the technical inspection process, not as a return.

2️⃣ Technical Warranty (Motor & Battery)

  • The Golden Warranty includes technical inspection only for up to 30 days from the purchase date.
  • All cases are assessed by a qualified technician.

  • Confirmed manufacturing defects only

🚫 Not covered under warranty:

  • Misuse or negligence
  • Overloading
  • Drops or physical impact
  • Water or dust ingress
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Use contrary to the product instructions

3️⃣ Inspection Process

  • Technical inspection is conducted after the product is received at the service center.
  • If the inspection confirms misuse:
    • The case is not covered under warranty
    • Inspection, repair, or shipping fees may apply depending on the condition
The official technical report is the primary reference for determining the product status.

4️⃣ Limitation of Liability

  • The Golden Warranty does not cover:
    • Accidents
    • Negligence
    • Improper or commercial use
  • ESCOT is not liable for indirect damages or losses resulting from misuse.

5️⃣ Important Notes

  • The Golden Warranty is a marketing value-added service and does not cancel or limit statutory consumer rights.
  • ESCOT reserves the right to update this policy without prior notice to remain compliant with applicable regulations.
  • In case of any conflict, Saudi Ministry of Commerce regulations shall prevail.
